This three storey townhouse is located at the Urbanização Terramar, Lt. 25, one of the quietest areas of Lagos. There are several restaurants and a number of shops nearby.

The closest beach is within about 15 minutes walking distance. The center of the town is within 20 minutes. Meia Praia, it is one of the longest sandy beach in the Algarve, is 15 minutes by car.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet and the living room with mini stereo system (radio, cassette) and satellite television. In winter there is an open fireplace.

A bar separates the dining corner in the living room from the fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, a washing machine (cloth) and a refrigerator with freezer.

First floor features include:
