This 1-bedroom townhouse is located in the very center of Lagos. It is close to shops, bars, restaurants, beach. No car needed, just 5 minutes walk! |

The main entrance leads directly into the living room which features 2-seater sofa, round table, 2 stools, TV (4 Portuguese programs) and a fireplace. Steep stairs give access to the first floor. |

The kitchen corner includes 2 electrical plates, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, dishes, etc., as well as a washing machine. |

The bedroom's equipment at 1st floor offers double bed, bedside table with reading lamp, large wardrobe with sliding doors & mirrors, baskets & shelves. |

The small & steep stairs lead to the second floor with its balcony. |
|
|
|
The bathroom has washbasin with mirror & light, WC, shower cabin (not very large, door opening only about 40 cm width). |

The balcony on the second floor gets sun already before lunchtime and until late afternoon. There are 2 sun loungers. |
