Located within a countryside of almond and fig trees, very few minutes away from the river delta of Alvor as well as from the beach Meia Praia (about 4 km length), the resort where this apartment is integrated offers a large choice of services, pools for adults and children, children playground, tennis court, fitness center with sauna and Jacuzzi, subtropical gardens.
The pools are open during the whole year and heated from May to September. Fitness center, sauna and tennis court are also accessible for the guests during the whole year and 24 hours per day, without any extra charge.
The golf players will find at few hundred meters away the famous Palmares Golf, with 18 holes distributed within the undulating hills (13) and the dunes (5) of the beach Meia Praia.
The city of Lagos, with its old center featuring many Moresque influences, is at only a few kilometers and features an extraordinary choice of restaurants, bars, shops, curiosities, as well as lots of historical places (like the city walls, churches, museums, Europe's most ancient slave market, etc.).

The modern 2-bedrooms apartment is situated at the 2nd floor. All the floors (except kitchen and bathroom) are made of American cherry wood parquet. There is air condition in the living room and in both bedrooms which can accommodate up to 5 people. A maid service is included twice per week, once to change the linen, twice for the towels. If you wish you can order extra maid service at an extra charge per hour.

The living / dining room is very large and comfortable, offering the following features: sofa with 4 seats and upholstered 2-seats bench which can be converted into extra bed for 5th person, small center table, LCD TV (satellite programs) and DVD-player, round dining glass table with 5 chairs, fitted cabinets (3 doors on bottom, 1 door on top).

The high quality kitchen fittings include: electric hob (vitroceramic) and oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils and lots of cabinets. Other accessories: iron and ironing board. There is access to a small balcony with nice view over the Monchique mountains.

The first bedroom's furniture features: double bed with latex mattress, two bedside lockers, lamp, radio alarm clock, fitted wardrobe (3 sliding doors), safe, 2 chairs, 2 wall lamps, TV. Access to the veranda overlooking pool & sea through sliding window doors with mosquito net.

The other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, 2 bedside lockers, lamp, fitted wardrobe with 3 sliding doors, radio/CD, 2 wall lamps, 1 chair. Access to the balcony with view on the Monchique mountains through sliding window doors with mosquito net.
An extra bed is available for a fifth person.

The bathroom's sanitary fittings include: Jacuzzi bathtub & shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin fitted in spacious cabinet, large mirror and lightening.

The big balcony with sun blinds features a table with 4 chairs and a sunlounger, overlooks the pools and offers a beautiful view over the Meia Praia Beach and the sea. Two sun umbrellas for use at the pools are avaible.

The fitness center features treadmill, bycicle, workout bench, abdominal machine, sauna and jacuzzi.

Next to the pools there is a nice children's playground.

In front of the resort, next  to the parking area, a tennis court is waiting for you.
