This 1-bedroom apartment is located at the 1st floor in a lovely townhouse in the very centre of Lagos. The area is quiet, nevertheless closest to shops, bars, restaurants. No car needed, just 5 minutes walk! |

The living room includes a sofa which can be converted in a small double bed, a dining table with chairs, sideboard, bookshelf, embedded cabinet with TV (cable) and a fireplace. |

The sofa once converted into a double bed sleeps either 2 children or 1 adult. |

The bedroom features a double bed, 2 bedside lockers, a reading lamp, wardrobe. |

The kitchen opens into the living room. Following is its equipment: fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electrical grill, gas hob & oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, etc. |

The bathroom equipment includes following: bathtub, bidet, WC, washbasin fitted into a cabinet, mirror. |
